The newest additions to our Heroes page are Lt Col Joseph L. Wolfer USAF and Capt Ken "KP" Kirkpatrick USAF. Lt Col Wolfer is one of our very own board members; most of you will know him better as WolfPackC17. Capt. Kirkpatrick is the cousin of former Wildcat great Darrell Brooks. This picture was taken at Tallil AB, Iraq on 30 Oct. They are hoping that they have given the Cats some good mojo since taking this picture! We are very proud of them and what they are doing for our country. Bear Down Guys!

Second Lieutenant Dave is the first member of our AFO Heroes, wearing a UofA t-shirt he won at the Washington State Tailgate. He is at Camp Speicher in Iraq. His mission is to repair and maintain vehicles and equipment. Their job is to retrieve the vehicles when they break down or are damaged by attack and bring them back to the base. So if a Humvee gets hit they go and retrieve it and bring it back. We thank him for his service and we can't wait to welcome him back to the tailgates after a safe return home.
